[step-manufacturing] New data for machining and measurement demonstration on ftp site

All,

I have added an AP-238 file that contains the roughing (from 
Mastercam), finishing (from CATIA) and inspection (internally 
generated) operations for the fishhead. A setup sheet is also on the 
site and there is a copy of the STEP-NC Explorer that can be 
downloaded by those that need it to view the data.

The three sites need to use the AP-238 data in slightly different 
ways as documented by the demo_overview.jpg. We will discuss this jpg 
on the conference call on Friday.

Lastly there is a second jpg showing the dimensions required for the 
stock used by the roughing operation (stock.jpg).
