[step-manufacturing] Call for the Joint Meeting with ISO TC184/SC4/WG3/T24 & the 30th meeting of ISO TC184/SC1/WG7

Dear All: 
 

This is an invitation to the 30th meeting of ISO TC184/SC1/WG7 and the Joint Meeting with ISO TC184/SC4/WG3/T24, to be held in Beijing, China, on Oct 24th through October 28th.  The finalized schedule is as follows: 

 

* Place: Xiyuan Hotel, Beijing, China 

* October 24th (Monday); WG7/T24 Joint Meeting (Starts 9:30 AM at Room 04)

* October 25th (Tuesday); WG7/T24 Joint Meeting (Starts 9:30 AM at Room 04)

* October 26th (Wednesday); SC1 Plenary Meeting; Note that this meeting is combined with other meetings in TC184 as shown in the attached file, and the details on SC1 Plenary Meeting will be separately sent out by Mr. Rossi (Chair of SC1) in a few days.

* October 27th (Thursday); WG7 Meeting (Starts 10:00 AM at Room 06)

* October 28th (Friday); WG7 Meeting (Starts 10:00 AM at Room 06)




This is an important meeting for both SC1/WG7 and ISO TC184/SC4/WG3/T24 to decide future direction and collaboration between the two parties on such issues as New Work Item (Machine Tool Data Model) and International Collaborative Project (IMS Project - please refer to the Agenda for details). If any items are missing for discussion, especially from the T24 side, please send them to me as soon as possible.
