[step-manufacturing] Modified T24 Agenda for Bath

All,

Due to time constraints the AP-214 team cannot meet with
us on Thursday to discuss the GD&T Harmonization issue but
they can meet with us on Tuesday afternoon.

Therefore, the schedule for T24 in Bath has been changed
to move two of the AP project reports to Thursday and 
allow more time for harmonization discussions on Tuesday.

Hopefully we can decide which projects should move to
Thursday during the T24 plenary on Monday afteroon.
