Thank you for recommending WiseView.  
It is one of the few apps that read it.
It seems that one of my faces is topologically invalid.

Is there a way I can get more debugging information about that face?  Specifically, any way to illuminate the topology rules.  E.g. how can I see which direction the vectors point in?  
Given 
POLY_LOOP ( '', (#2012 , #2020 , #2013) );
is there any way I can highlight which vertices those are?
Sort of like ACIS's test harness.
