Fourth telcon on AP-238 CC1 Implementation on MONDAY

The next Telcon will be on MONDAY at 2PM (EST). Note the
different time because of travel conflicts on Friday

Extensive updates have been made to the NIST web site in response
to the action items of the last telcon. The web site at

http://www.isd.mel.nist.gov/projects/stepnc/

now contains the following additions:

1. A project plan showing the deadlines that must be met by the
   translator vendors and CNC users.
2. A description of the CNC functionality that will be demonstrated
   in Orlando.
3. A list of the vendor tools that are available or becoming available
   to implement STEP-NC and a list of the CNC controls that can be
   supported.
4. A revised version of the "How to Implement" document which has been
   upgraded into a Recommended Practices for AP-238 CC1 Implementation
   with an extensive reference section describing every entity in the
   AP-238 CC1 OMAC subset in detail.
5. A PowerPoint Walthrough showing how to implement the CC1 subset
   in 12 slides. 

Please take a look at these documents before the meeting on Monday.
The Agenda for the telcon on Monday will be:

1. Review of the project plan
2. Review of the other documents
3. Discussion of how to increase user participation in the
   demonstration.
