New Products for STEP-NC in 2002

* ST-Plan converts CAD (AP-203) information into CNC (AP-238)
  information by using feature, process and tool requirement
  algorithms to create a manufacturing plan that makes a
  part from the stock.

* ST-Machine is a plug-in for CAM systems that reads STEP-NC
  information (AP-238) and creates a manufacturing plan ready for
  immediate posting to a CNC machine.

* ST-NC is a club for users that want to share information on
  the process savings enabled by STEP-NC.

Look for more information on these tools as they become available.
They will be demonstrated at the next IRB meeting of the Super Model
project in Troy on February 20 and 21. Limited information and an
interactive demonstration can be found at http://www.stepnc.com
