SC1 (STEP-NC) Meeting in Frankfurt

No newsletter this week because I will be in Europe for the SC1 meeting.
We will be resolving the ballot issues for the milling model so that it
can become a Draft International Standard and if there is time we will
be taking a first look at the turning model.
