ST-Parasolid Library

Parasolid is the solid modeling kernel used in Unigraphics, SolidWorks
and other CAD systems.  We have been working on a STEP translator
library for Parasolid similar to the ST-ACIS library (see last weeks
letter) for about six months. The translator was tested in the latest
round of STEPnet and is nearly ready for customer testing.  This week
we have completed the first version of the documentation and put it on
our web site.

Like ST-ACIS, ST-Parasolid will be available as a stand-alone translator
and as a customizable library of function calls.
