ST-ORACLE and ST-ObjectStore v7 ready to ship
The Database Adaptors for ST-Developer v7 are ready to go. The
ST-ORACLE adaptor generates SQL programs from an EXPRESS schema that
can be used to define an SQL database, load it with Part 21 data and
unload a database into a Part 21 file.
The ST-ObjectStore adaptor extends the ROSE C++ library so that it can
put STEP objects into an ObjectStore database, and get objects out of
an ObjectStore database and make them into STEP objects.
For this release, the ST-ObjectStore Adaptor has been updated so that
it is available for Windows platforms as well as UNIX. ST-ORACLE was
available on both UNIX and Windows platforms for version 1.6
The documentation for both products is on-line at:

STEP-NC ISO 14649 Test File
Our translation service now contains the machining feature (hole,
slot, etc.) test file being used to prove out ISO 14649. This file
was created using Pro/Engineer and translated to STEP using their STEP
translator. You can find it on the Translation service if you select
a "file already on the server" while using one of the translators. You
can translate the file into a GIF or VRML if you want to view it or
translate it to ACIS and load it into AUTOCAD or CADKEY.
