The software is ready to go. You can find the full documentation on
our home page. Packing the boxes will take a week so current customers

AP-227 Testing Clarification

Last weeks rumour story yielded a clarification from Bentley systems
where their STEP expert is anxious to be fair to his collaborators.

"1) Dassault actually created the file and was able to read it back;
 2) Bentley imports AP-227 not only into MicroStation, but into
    Process Plant specific products such as Enterprise Navigator and
    the PlantSpace 3D design series.

 It may also be fair to say that we didn't use any special features of
 ST-Developer - just plain SDAI... up to you if you want to publish
 that."

XML Translator on Translation Service

STEP to XML has been updated twice lately thanks to sponsorship by the
CEED 2 project in Japan. Last week we announced the reverse XML to
STEP translator.  This week the forward translator (STEP to XML) has
been extended so that XML can be produced for AP-201, AP-202, AP-203
and AP-214 files. For more information see the documentation for the
XML translator.
