We are getting there.
Apologies for not bringing up the 'articles' thingy earlier.

1-(This one from ISO editor:)
remove articles "a"/"the" from the start of definitions

2-The new definition for 'reference' introduces undefined terms: 
external exchange structure,
resource.

3-In definition for resource, remove 'on demand'. It adds nothing and introduces confusion.

4-clause 6.5
