Draft 0.3 of the EXPRESS/HDF5 mappings is now available at the following
URL.

http://www.exff.org/express_binary/index.html

This draft is the result of a workshop between EXPRESS/STEP experts and HDF5
developers held at the HDF5 Group facilities in December 2005. Feedback on
the mapping would be greatly appreciated.

Due to time contraints, draft 0.3 does not contain good examples. A draft
0.3a will be published in the future to address that omission.
