Announcement of EXPRESS/UML/MOF/Part 25 Meeting at Ft. Lauderdale ISO

Hello,

 

A walkthrough of the EXPRESS-to-UML Mapping Part 25 Technical Specification
final document will be held as part of a meeting Monday afternoon March 1
from 13:00 to 17:00. 

 

The meeting will also gauge interest in Part 25 Edition 2, or Part 1x if
appropriate, to continue working towards EXPRESS/UML harmonization. At the
Poitiers ISO meeting two high priority items were identified:

 

- extending Part 25 to address EXPRESS 2

- standardizing MOF model of EXPRESS 2

 

As a general discussion topic, other use of UML in STEP/SC4 is also on the
agenda. If your organization has interest in this topic, please attend and
express your views.
