Part 28- San Diego ISO/STEP conference

All-

I have received poor feedback about attendance at the San Diego Part 28
meetings.  At this point I am planning on canceling the Part 28 meetings
for the upcoming San Diego ISO/STEP conference.  We will continue
discussions via the biweekly teleconferences that have been taking place
for the past several months.

If there are objections to this cancellation please let me know as soon as
possible.
