related_to function

Rob,

I looked back at the DIS Amendment and that function was not included in
the balloted document. It is possible that it got included as part of
the ballot resolution process in preparation for IS publication though.

I understand from Phil Spiby that the "related_to" function originally
specified in Express edition 3 was intended to be included in Express
ed2.

It that still the case?
