ISO/DIS 10303-14: Norwegian comments

Dear all,

attached the comments to P14 as forwarded to the national Norwegian
standardization body today. The vote was yes with comments.

Maybe this can be useful in dealing with the issues early and speeding up
the preparation of the standard :-)
