Those involved in the "50-series" may find this interesting.
It is intended to specify the required behaviors of programming-language
libraries in implementing the standard functions for data type Complex.  (ISO
10967-2:2000 provides similar specifications for the standard functions for data
type Real.)

Although the SC22 number is N3497, the document identifies itself as: 
  JTC1/SC22/WG11 N481(beta) and ISO CD 10967-3
It's about 650KB = 60 pages of standard and 100 pages of miscellaneous annexes,
rather like SC4 WG11 standards.

date of the ballot is 2002-12-24.
