AGAIN: When will EXPRESS Ed 2 review start?

    A little while ago I asked when would the Ed2 review start and Dave
Loffredo replied that an SC4 announcement had been made and a review
document was available. This turned out to be only the "short-to-long"
annex.

    When will the OFFICIAL SC4 FULL Ed2 document be available for review?
The last copy I saw was missing EXPRESS-G diagrams.
