Could you please indicate what is the difference between:
ENTITY Representation_item ABSTRACT;
  name : STRING;
END_ENTITY;

and
ENTITY Representation_item ABSTRACT SUPERTYPE;
  name : STRING;
END_ENTITY;

Are both constructs valid? 

Besides, the module developers do need the specificiations of Express2. Would it be possible to get the pre-FDIS document if there is one (even if it is not complete).
