I have signed off on Part 14 to go out for DIS ballot but are some
problems with the new tc148-sc4 ftp server, so I haven't been able to
upload it to the secretariat yet.
I'm sure it will be sorted out eventually, but until then if anyone
would like me to email them a copy of the document or issue log, just
let me know. Cheers!
