Part 21 support for GENERIC data type

I have big doubts that STEP needs entity attributes of type
GENERIC at all. However I agree with attributes of
type GENERIC ENTITY.

Is there meanwhile a document with the official ballot
comments on part11-Amendment available?
There where some German comments as well.
