Dear WG11

A new working draft of part35 
   "Abstract Test Methods for SDAI Implementations",
WG11N137, is available on SOLIS.
It contains a first draft of some 130 test cases which
covers some 70% of the SDAI functionality.
The document is not well formatted and the EXPRESS is not
formally verified so far - please don't complain on this.
At this time our focus is on the technical contents only.
