[wg11-owl] Did this ever come to any conclusions?

All,

At the ISO STEP Vico Equense meeting last week it was agreed that STEP
modules can standardize Reference Data as OWL in an normative Annex. A draft
proposal what this looks like will be circulated to WG12/WG3 in a few weeks.

Did anything ever come of the discussion over this exploder? Does the
decision last week affect this WG11 discussion?
