Chris,

I appreciate the actions taken to make the Harmonization Team more
active. The small number of nominations is also of our concern.

For Germany, we compiled a list of names prior to the Charleston
meeting, alrready. But the nominations got lost due to some email
problems. Five persons from Germany are nominated and are added to
Teresa's list

now. Most of them will be in Funchal.

I hope that we really can start the harmonization activities in Funchal.
Meeting on Monday is ok for me.
At the Harmonization Team Meeting in London (16/17 January) we discussed
the number of people who have been nominated for the this team.

As of the meeting only one person has
officially been nominated (Andries van Renssen)

It was decided that the team should be more
proactive and hence we decided to approach people to see if they would be
willing to be nominated.
If you are an addressee (To) of this note we would ask you to consider
being a member of the Harmonization Team and if you are willing to do
this would you approach the representative of your country to be
nominated.

I would also like to mention that there is a
initial WG10 Harmonization Team meeting to be held in Funchal. It was
scheduled for the Saturday but after discussion it was decided that many
people who would be likely to attend may not have arrived be then. It is
therefore being rearranged for the Monday. It will be a short meeting but
should be the start of a very useful activity.
