Part 25 EXPRESS/UML/XMI Update

My personal feeling is that Dave's approach of using UML 1.4 is entirely sensible 
and pragmatic.

I have circulated it to the PPC to ensure that there are no political or technical 
barriers raised - I assume that  Julian will announce it at San Francisco as acting 
WG10 Convenor.
