The almost-Draft Standing Document version of Guidelines for the content of
application modules SC4 N1112 is now available at the WG10 STEP

All WG10 comments have been addressed and the document is now ready for the
next step in the process. The document is available in HTML, PDF and
there's also a ZIP file containing the document and Issue Log necessary for
any future updates to the document.
