<p>We found two issues with the model shared this afternoon:</p>
<ol>
<li>It was not square on the base.</li>
<li>The wall above the eye did not leave enough material for the
finish machining.</li>
</ol>

<p>Here is a list of what we agreed in the telecon.</p>
<ul>
<li>Stage 1 - 50mm cutter, all pocket radii > 26mm, fillets
to match shoulder radius of cutter 3-axis machining<br>
</li>
<li>Stage 2 - 20mm cutter, all pocket radii > 10.5mm, same
z-depth as stage 1, (process can make steps) 3-axis machining
</li>
<li>Stage 3 - 20mm & 16mm cutters, 50 thou on final , 4mm
bottom radius, pocket radii > 8.4 mm, fix the ding, 5-axis
machining<br>
</li>
<li>Stage 4 - 20mm (2.5mm radius) & 16mm (2mm radius)
cutters, machining to nominal, suggest programming for tool
with 4mm radii and machine with 2mm radii when necessary</li>
</ul>
<p>And attached is a new model for the result of stage 3 (5-axis
semi-finish).</p>
