[step-manufacturing] Reminder: UUID call - new EXPRESS key words for digital twinning

Tom,

Sources of requirements

  * ISO 23247-5 Digital Thread and Digital Twin
  * These UUID conference calls
  * ISO 23247-6 Digital Twin composition and aggregation

A digital twin in manufacturing can be defined by an entity but needs
independent identity, and needs to grow as operations are applied during
the manufacturing.
