[step-manufacturing] Call reminder: digital thread examples

Martin,
I don't know what it is about Wednesday mornings but I have a conflict.
As to the slide deck, I would suggest not illustrating the APs as if they are 100% distinct entities but somehow show they have a common inherited namespace.
e.g.,
A product is the same record no matter which AP it is part of.

There are some quibbles with AP constraints but we have gotten rid of most of them.
