[step-manufacturing] Clear text invitation - Use case #2 digital twin rehearsal

In use case #2, nine parts are measured using QIF and placed into three 
stacks modeled as STEP assemblies.

This is a dress rehearsal for a more polished demonstration to be given 
on September 29.

At the end of the demonstration we will look at the data files and 
answer technical questions.
