[step-manufacturing] Summary of Digital Twin use case telecon on June 16

 1. We agreed to use the new schedule (attached) which completes the
    work by August 25 when the ballot comment resolution is predicted to
    start.
 2. We discussed how to simplify the three demonstrations for this new
    deadline and produced the outlines shown below.

In the next conference call on June 23 (connection data repeated below) 
we will look at the information flows required to the support these 
three scenarios.

Robot drill and fill demonstration

 1. Part arrives as off-nominal in AP242
 2. Automate adjustment of AP238 process
 3. We kill Kenny (i.e one of the robots stops working)
 4. Automate adjustment of AP238 process
 5. Emulate one of the robots drilling holes
 6. Communicate results as MTConnect
 7. Deliver AP242 result of new configuration

Tool life optimization

 1. Run the Hermle in KTH lab
 2. Send out signals when Workingsteps start and finish
 3. Make a database of completed operations
 4. Derive a view of the work done by each tool
 5. Test the value of the digital twin model of AP238 edition 2

Airframe weight reduction

 1. AP242 models showing nominal height of three plys in an assembly
 2. Electronic calipers measure actual height and report as QIF (and
    MTConnect)
 3. Digital twin modeler reads QIF and adjusts nominal to actual
 4. Perform measurements for 3 different combinations
 5. Report actual stack height of the 3 assemblies by sending AP242
    model to Lockheed CAD
