[step-manufacturing] Summary of Digital Twin use case telecon on June 10

We agreed on the following changes to the three use case demonstrations 
so that we can be ready to start the DIS ballot comment resolution on 
August 25.

1. Increase the tempo of the teleconference calls to weekly (see ZOOM 
invite copied below).
2. Make virtual demonstrations that show key advantages of using digital 
twins.
3. Compress the schedule of the projects (see attached GIF).
