[step-manufacturing] Planning meeting for Digital Twin use cases

All,

As per the attached summary of the ISO STEP meeting, the Draft 
International Standard for the Digital Twin manufacturing framework will 
be submitted on Monday May 11.

During the six month ballot period, three use cases are going to be used 
to test the framework:

  * The Robot Scheduling use case will automate the deployment of robots
    for One-Up assembly.
  * The Advanced Metrology use case will measure holes to reduce the
    weight of fasteners.
  * The Tool Life use case will optimize feeds and speeds to reduce tool
    wear.

Demonstrations are being planned for Fort Worth in September, and more 
use cases are welcome.
