[step-manufacturing] Attachment on Longacres meeting

All,

Sorry after all those broadcasts I forgot to include the attachment 
describing the draft schedule for the Longacres meeting (registration 
form etc to follow).

This meeting will be over 5 days with the first half being used to 
complete the DIS for ISO 23247, and the second half being used to start 
work on two Digital Twin manufacturing use cases

 1. Robots and Machine tools on rails - meet the South Park boys and the
    four Ninja Turtles
 2. Feed/Speed optimization - meet the Spikey machining part
