[step-manufacturing] Sad news from Toulouse

Dear Jean-Bernard

As you can see from the response, Alain will be sadly missed by 
STEP-Manufacturing, but always be remembered as a key contributor to 
STEP-NC, and all the subsequent efforts in model based manufacturing 
that are rooted in its origin.

Let me echo the calls for you to convey our regrets to his family. We 
know he was enjoying his retirement with many of his telecon calls being 
made from exotic French Islands, so I am glad he had a good, if too 
brief final phase to his life.

Thank you for conveying the sad news to us.
