[step-manufacturing] Minutes of the Digital Manufacturing meeting November 5-9

All,

Here are the minutes of the meeting last week. The two highlights for 
possible action by members of this list are:

 1. We are calling for additional inputs on the ISO 23247 Digital Twin
    manufacturing framework (many thanks for the 10 sent so far).
 2. The Digital Manufacturing Implementor's Forum had its first meeting
    and selected five projects for the pilot implementations. Please
    contact the project leader if you would like to participate.
