[step-manufacturing] New Working Draft of AP238 Edition 2

All,

We just published a new working draft of AP238 Edition 2.

This draft is significantly smaller than the previous ones because it 
references AP242 Edition 2 for its feature and tolerance definitions.

We will continue to make changes and review the new edition at the China 
meeting from May 21 to 25.

Please let us know if you find any errors or omissions.
