[step-manufacturing] Proposed agenda for January 17 conference call

The proposed agenda continues our preparation for IMTS 2018 by 
addressing three technical issues

1. Inclusion of part coordinate data in MTConnect.
We should clarify whether tool path positions can be reported in Tool 
Center Point (part) coordinates using the MTConnect <PathPosition> tag.

2. Usage rules for Placed Features, Template Features and Instanced Features
Applications that need to drill very large numbers of holes can be made 
more concise if feature descriptions are divided into templates and 
placements.

3. Data streaming for on-machine measurement
Which data format should be used to stream touch point coordinate 
results to a metrology system.
