We agreed to form two teams for the purpose of preparing for the SC4 
meeting in Baltimore from October 19th to 22nd.

A team led by Sid Venkatesh will take charge of publicity and promotion 
for the event with particular emphasis on the industry day on October 
21st. We have a poster, registration form and schedule for this day:

Bob Erickson, Jim Kosmala,  Larry Maggiano, Tom Raun and Alain Brail 
agreed to be the members of this team.

The second team will prepare a draft of the new standard. We agreed that 
for the second edition many of the detailed mappings should be replaced 
by references to other standards. Martin Hardwick will lead this team 
with assistance from Mikael Hedlind, David Odendahl, David Loffredo, 
Bengt Olsson and Charles Gilman.
