We reviewed the DARPA AVM background technology that will be used to 
build the 3D Process Monitoring Service. Many thanks to Dr. Graham 
Hemingway of Vanderbilt University for making this presentation.

With all the optimizations, the DARPA technology improves the response 
of the visualizations by a factor of 58 (see slide 7). You can verify 
this difference by checking out the original and the optimized displays 
for a cutter assembly.
