[step-manufacturing] New version of HARDMOLDY with ISO13399 data

All,

A new version of HARMOLDY has been posted to the ftp site. The new 
version includes ISO 13399 data for the two Iscar tools.

The new data is kept in a subdirectory of v11_HARDMOLDY called Tools.

If you open the Tools pane in the STEP-NC Explorer then you will see 
icons for the new ISO 13399 data.

HOWEVER, you must download and install the latest version of the STEP-NC 
Explorer (v9.74) because the previous versions did not know how to 
process ISO 13399 files in relative sub-directories.
