[step-manufacturing] Part 21 Edition 3 review in Paris on June 4 and 5

We have prepared three documents to help industry experts review the new 
Edition of Part 21 in Paris on June 3 and 4.

We are looking forward to an interesting and productive session in Paris 
and hope to leave the meeting with a good understanding of what else 
must be done before the new edition is submitted to the ISO countries 
for DIS review.
