The "Halloween" conference call will start at 10:30AM for the Eastern 
USA, 7:30AM for the Western USA, 2:30PM for the UK and 3:30PM for France 
because Europe has moved to the Winter schedule so the call will start 
one hour early for them and at the usual times for the USA.

The proposed schedule is as follows:

1. A "Ghostly" update on CAM to CAM Data Exchange
2. The "Haunted" ISO 13399 Cutting Tool project
3. "Scary" usage scenarios for Part 21 edition 3
