[step-manufacturing] Machine kinematics viewer

All,

To help us understand STEP kinematics we have put together a viewer that 
lists the kinematic joints so that you can change their values by 
setting numbers or by moving to defined points.

The viewer is an exe in the following zip. To run unpack the zip and run 
the exe, it will bring up the file selection menu so that you can pick 
the XML stub for the STEP file that you want to run. There are two data 
sets in the ZIP one for the Mazak machine tool and one for the chuck jaw 
vise
