[step-manufacturing] Reminder: Conference Call this Wednesday

The conference call is at the regular times tomorrow (Wednesday). There 
is a new version of the closed loop machining model to review. The 
previous version combined both measurement_execution and 
measurement_evaluation into the same workingstep. The new versions 
splits them into different workingsteps so that if necessary several 
measurement_executions can take place before a measurement_evaluation. 
For example, three planar faces may be measured before an 
axis2_placement_3d is evaluated.
