The following new items have been added to the web site:

1. The latest version of Boxy

ftp://ftp.steptools.com/private/NIST/Boxy_Part_3-Axis_Machining_7_Setups_v3.238

This one has corrected feeds and speeds for the drilling and tapping 
operations, and a new engraving operation for Al's Rod shop.

2. The latest version of the HiPP model (now called the Closed Loop 
model?). This one has some descriptions of how the proposed model operates.
