[step-manufacturing] Two new Boxy data sets

Two new Boxy data sets are now available.

The flute count for the 1/2 inch tools has been set to 3 in both data 
sets and the feeds for these tools have been reduced to 111 mm per minute.

The first data set is the 8 setup from previous conference calls:

The second data set has 7 setups and uses the machines axes to set the 
orthogonality of the faces instead of a T square.

The new version has 6 datums so we have extended the explorer (v8.42) to 
display the 3 new datum's.
