1. Participation rules - what should be required of sites that wants to 
participate in the demonstration.
2. Progress reports for NIST, Sandvik and Boeing.
3. Latest round of software enhancements.
4. Schedule for deliverables

March 3      - Tool and material selection
March 17    - Test run of feed/speed optimization algorithms
March 31    - Participants complete dry runs / code verification
April 14      - Participants machine in wax
April 28      - Test run of tool wear measurement algorithms
May 12      - First round of on machine testing
May 26      - Second round of on machine testing
June 9        - Finalize program for the NIST meeting and demonstration
