[step-manufacturing] First meeting of next cycle this Wednesday

Our first meeting of the next cycle will take place this Wednesday at 
the usual times. See below for connection information.

The first item of business is to decide what technology needs to be 
developed/tested. A proposal for two networked machining and 
measurement demonstrations (test cases) has been put onto the new ftp site.
