[step-manufacturing] More data for Conference call this Wednesday

All,
There have been two additional items sent for the conference call this week.
1. A spreadsheet from Sandvik that expands on the power requirements
issue by looking at the mapping from as_planned data to machine
environment specific data when using STEP-NC, ISO 13399 and a Machine
tool model.
